On the Elepalace website, we are committed to providing the best possible price for the product, so if you find the same product at a lower price on another site, we will return the price difference to your account on Elepalace.
What is the competitive price service terms?
- This service is only available for perfectly matched products; Any difference in brand, color, size or design is not acceptable.
- This service is only available for full-priced products (products that are subject to sales, offers, discounts and used products will be excluded).
- The product must be available on the other website when you request the service.
- The other product must be offered in the same currency - either Egyptian Pounds, UAE Dirhams, Saudi Riyals, Kuwaiti Dinars, Bahraini Dinars or Omani Rials. If the other product is offered in a different currency, we will convert it to the following currencies using the following conversion rates:
Please note that the above conversion rates may be updated from time to time according to currency rate changes, so please review the latest published versions before placing your order.
- The ideal price service is available for the product only once it has been purchased from Ounass and received, and the service must be requested within 5 days from the date of the order. Perfect price service cannot be requested before receiving the product.
- The shipping destination for the other product must be the same country to which it is desired to deliver the product ordered on the Ellie Plus website, which is only Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
- The ideal price service is not applied to the value of the entire order, but to one product only, as it appeared in the shopping bag on the other site after choosing the shipping destination to which the product should be sent.
How can you get the price difference?
- You must create an account on the Elepalace website, if you do not already have one. You can do that here.
- Please contact our customer service team via e-mail, phone number, or fill out the application form on the website; Mentioning the product link on the Elepalace website and the product link on the other website with which the price is to be matched.
- Once the customer service team agrees that your order fits the conditions of the ideal rate service, the amount will be returned as a purchase voucher valid for 6 months, some exceptions apply.
Return Terms for Perfect Price Service
- Once you place an order on the Elepalace website using the amount returned to your account, any exchange or return of any product in this order, will be transferred as a credit to your Elepalace account.
What do we mean by other sites?
- Any site has a variety of luxury products and brands, which in our opinion can be compared to the variety of products and brands available on Elepalace. For the avoidance of doubt, all downloads, auctions, filters or outlets are not considered competitors. Sites that display prices only in currencies other than those mentioned above are not considered competition with us.
